There are several different kinds of resources, but I've tried to pick items that meet one or more of the following criteria: they are especially rich in information they provide links to many other sites they are the official page of an important industry organization. The Meetings Industry Mall is the best general purpose collection of resources for meeting planners and bureaus that I've come across. It's run by Rod Marymor, whom you may know from his activities with MPI. Meeting Professionals International has its own page here. The National Speakers Association has a web site that includes a searchable directory of speakers, as well as several other helpful features.
